Jon Frosch is reviews editor and a film critic at the Hollywood Reporter. Before moving to Los Angeles for that job, he was film editor and critic at France 24 in Paris, where he started out as a general assignment reporter in 2009. Prior to that, he was an online editor and contributing writer at the International Herald Tribune (also in Paris) for four years. He has freelanced as a film critic and features writer for various publications, including The New York Times, the International Herald Tribune, The Atlantic, The Village Voice, The Stranger, Variety and Film Journal International. He holds a B.A. in English from Wesleyan University and an M.A. in French studies with a concentration in cinema from New York University.
